Pensive Light for two mallets – for solo vibraphone

Description

This work is meant for developing players who want some rhythmic challenges within their recital piece.  Be prepared to loosen up your tempo and practice playing rubato with this one!  There is also some swift pedaling and feather-pedaling involved.

A cool story behind this one is that a player who ordered some works from me asked me if I had sheet music for this work.  I had not yet written it out!  Inspiration quickly took hold and I had that thing transcribe within the day.  Thank you Camryn Smith for your support and inspiration!
