Lost in Thought (from Marimba Maverick)

Have you ever felt lost in thought? Way too many things on the to do list or even just a lack of concentration? That is what this work is meaning to encompass. This was essentially composed in real time using common permutations and chord positions and inversions that work idiomatically for marimba!

First, you have just that one thought.  Then space.  There is time to think.  But, then more thoughts keep coming and suddenly we may not be able to tell the thoughts apart or be able to focus on one!  A revelation!?  No.  But, we did calm down those thoughts and we are full circle in our cycle of tasks or thought.
