Vibraphone Therapy (for solo vibraphone)

This music came from emptying my mind and playing the first things that came to mind.  Sometimes when we do this, we create open, vulnerable and transparent art.

I wanted to express how sometimes I am having a bad day and all it takes is playing music to escape.  It does take a lot of mind control or will power, but suddenly the resonance of these beautiful instruments takes over.  Whether it is marimba or vibraphone, both are very therapeutic to play. 

I hope you take this as an artistic adventure, as an educational endeavor, and once you really learn it, you can turn on the autopilot and experience the therapy which is vibraphone.

When I originally played and conceptualized this, I played with delay effect on my vibraphone.  This is not required, but encouraged if the player wants to and has the capabilities.
